The Reno 8 with a model number CPH2359 has been listed in the NBTC database, which confirms the nickname of the phone as Oppo Reno 8 5G. Additionally, the same device has been spotted on FCC revealing a 2,250mAh (dual cell) battery capacity, which means the phone will offer a 4,500mAh battery. Moreover, the FCC database also confirms that the phone will run on ColorOS 12.1 based on Android 12. The phone will be 7.67mm thick and weigh 179 grams.

Finally, the Reno 8 5G with the same model number has also obtained EEC, TKDN, GCF and BIS certifications. Since the phone has received several global and Indian certifications, we can expect the phone to launch in some global markets as well as India soon.
