The hotly trending Kollywood movie Beast starring Thalapathy Vijay is releasing on 13th April 2022 and within hours the movie was leaked online on the notorious pirate sites.
The action-comedy film is directed by Nelson Dilipkumar and financed by Kalanithi Maran under its own Sun Pictures banner. Vijay tries out for a spy role in the movie.
The Nelson director had created a dizzying buzz ahead of its release and topped IMDb’s list of highly anticipated films of the year. Conversely, the film received mostly negative reviews from critics, they harshly criticized the film for the poor script, screenplay, and climax.
Not only that, even ardent Vijay fans seem unhappy with the movie. Fans after watching the first shows took to twitter and shared their reviews on the same, they criticized Nelson’s management calling him that he didn’t use the actor’s full potential in the film, however, Anirudh Ravichander’s music and Vijay’s performance are getting acclaim from critics and moviegoers.
Amid the negative reviews where many trade analysts have already declared the movie a flop, the shocking news is that the movie has been leaked online on piracy sites like tamilrockers, movierulez, vidmate, etc.
According to reports, the Tamil version of the movie was leaked after a morning show on these notorious sites. Vijay star seems to be in trouble now as the movie has already received negative reviews and moreover it has now leaked online on notorious piracy sites, that too in the original release.
The film is screened in over 800 theaters and is expected to make the most of the domestic Tamil Nadu market, but amid leaked Tamil version news, it may reduce box office attendance in the following days as the film is already earning negative reviews which can result in low box office pick-up.
This is not the first time that a South Indian movie is leaked on these notorious sites, earlier movies like Pushpa, Valimai, Marakkar, Bheemla Nayak and recently RRR have also leaked on the piracy sites like the tamilrockers.
However, we will ask viewers not to fall prey to such notorious sites because watching movies from third party platform is illegal.
